Where do you usually find workouts ? I need a new plan mine is getting repetitive:(
I try to just experiment with different workouts, trying a new machine at the gym or sometimes I’ll do at home kind of workouts just so that my muscles don’t get use to the same thing. Trying different activities helps to, like instead of the gym to hit weight, you could go hiking and get a full body workout. I get a lot of advice from my boyfriend and his brother as well though.
It’s really easy to look up workouts, you could easily look up fitness people on Instagram and they post various exercises, or even just googling workouts for certain muscle groups. (If you do have instagram, I’d suggest following me, and you could look through my followers and plus I’ll be posting videos of different workouts, hopefully soon I’m still figuring out how I’m going to record and edit them).
